Gracie Fundamentals is our beginners self defense program for adults. In this program, you will learn 46 techniques of Gracie Jiu-Jitsu. Each one-hour lesson addresses one standing and one ground technique, which are broken down into simplified drills to facilitate the learning process. You can start the program at any time and participate in any class without previous experience and, since safety is our number one concern, there is no competitive sparring in these classes.

JIU-JITSU FOR EVERYONE
"I believe wholly in Jiu-Jitsu. It changes lives and can impact your life in more ways than you can imagine. Jiu-Jitsu is for everyone, young, old, weak or strong. To this day it still amazes me how effortless Jiu-Jitsu is. Jiu-Jitsu is not a selfish art, it's all about giving and helping others along the way and that's the biggest reward." - JASON ROEBIG
